MindProber Consumer Panel

The MindProber consumer panel is the worldwide community of people who take part in our research. We partner with media organizations to produce better multimedia products and power their production decisions with data. 

We take pride in the technology that we have built from the ground up to take media measurement to the next level. However, none of this would be possible without the MindProber community. Our panelists are part of a group of media consumers who want to be more involved in media content production. We appreciate every consumer panel member greatly and are thankful for them wanting to be a part of this exciting challenge.

We are there to help them and guide them through every step of the way. Making the panelist experience fun and enjoyable is very important to us.

Panelist Experience

To help us understand the impact of the multimedia content they consume (TV, radio, or digital), we measure panelists’ emotional reactions while they are watching and/or listening to the content. The unique thing about our platform is that research takes place where people consume content the most.  

That’s right. Thanks to MindProber technology, panelists can now participate in cutting-edge media testing from the comfort of their homes.

Recruitment
We recruit and fully characterize panelists from our consumer panel communities across the world.

Mobile
App
Panelists download and install the MindProber iOS or Android mobile app which (1) authenticates and notifies them and (2) collects second-by-second dial activity and pre/post-survey responses.

Sensor
Panelists receive small, wireless, portable, research-grade sensors in the post in their homes and set them up.

Platform
Web Application
The panelists use the MindProber platform or web application to get access to the target content (unless it’s live TV broadcast) and respond to consumer panel surveys.

Automated Incentives Program

To show our appreciation, we established an automated incentives program that rewards our panelists for their successful research participation.

Technical Requirements

Panelists need a smartphone with internet access, a laptop/desktop, a TV, and access to a stable internet connection.
